Serena Alexander is releasing her debut E.P. Numb, in February 2010, which will be celebrated with a launch gig at The Donkey in Leicester on February 19th 2010 where Serena will perform with a full and line-up. Already touching the hearts of many audiences with her rich, passionate and moving songs, Serena's versatile songwriting has an initimitable quality whilst touching on a number of genres including pop, rock, folk and blues. Her voice has been compared to Norah Jones, and some of her songs to Kate Bush and Fleetwood Mac. However, the core of her songwriting is unique and borne of Serena’s multi faceted musical background and life experience, her lyrics portraying current issues and the timeless emotions that make us human.
