RESIDENT ROOM NOW COMPLETE

It is one of the newest rehearsal studios in Leicester and it is currently fitted out with brand new, high end equipment. We are situated at 22 Grange Lane. Opposite The Graduate pub and the DMU student union building.

The business was conceived and born by three musicians who wanted to bring something a little...different.....than the current studios offer. As musicians we know what we want to have available to us and want to offer that to others.

If you want to bring your own effects rack and plug it in to a good quality amp...we got it....if you want to try more specialist, less popular equipment but don't want to take the risk on spending loads of cash on it....we got them...if you want double kick pedals...yup...we got them...PA systems that have enough head room for the vocalist to say "WHO'S DOING THE SOLO NOW?....MWAHAHAW".....Plus a whole host of extras to keep you amused..
We believe our prices offer better value for money than the other local rehearsal rooms. But then I suppose that's for you to decide.

RESIDENT ROOM UNDER CONSTRUCTION

We are in the process of building a number of residential rooms... 3 or 4. We have a small list of bands wanting in but if you're interested the drop us a line.

The first of these has now been completed and is fitted out with a PA too.

Let's say you're a working band that rehearses twice a week for a couple of hours and pay for the privilege of using sub standard stuff or have to haul your 4x12 stack up flights of stairs only to end up in inspiration sapping, sweat smelling, smoky rooms....For that you could be spending between 130 and 240 per month depending on your preferred location....well...we can offer you a room with your own equipment, off road parking, fully working goods lift, 24 hr access with prior notice. All for only 150. (Based on 3 bands sharing) and in clean, comfortable and bright surroundings.
