Mon 14th April, 2008 @ 00:11 by Ed Steelefox
30th April, 8pm til midnight, £4 (16+ show)
www.myspace.com/apatt - Good Luck; time signature, genre + lifestyle changes abound!
www.myspace.com/mightychops - are those words? will the songs ever sound the same again?
www.myspace.com/meteorstreet - won't the strings break before the lyrics kick in? probably.
Do be in touch if you've any questions (unintelligerbil lyrics, uncontainable excitement, premature crowdside stagefright...) Plenty of downloadable songs therein, so no excuses....
Starting frommmmmmm.......Now!

btw, Apatt played Eggstock at the Phoenix last summer i'm told, in case that brings back memories for anyone who went. Looked like a great line-up for an all-dayer, shame i wasn't around then.

"Oh I don't know, there are no words for this. a.P.A.t.T are so easy to listen to when they really shouldn't be; it should just be a mess. They're a band - don't go thinking this is some wise-ass cut-up studio nerd; a whole gang of them in masks and anti-radiation suits or something like that. Hey look, if you want something challenging, something beautiful, something different, something violent, something soothing, something like you never heard before then this is where you need to go this week" [Sean Organ, organ.com - Eclectic Music Magazine/webzine]
"a.P.A.t.T. are a motherfucking experience. Probably the only UK band i can think of to come up with their vision of the dark, vicious and fuck me, rather scary vision of the ACID PUNK dropped onto us from the visions of Gibby from the Butthole Surfers. We love them. You need to hear this. It's insane" [Alan Mcgee - Creation/Poptones]

Talk Taxis had to cancel i'm afraid but fortunately The Albatross Conspiracy has courageously leapt in to hold the rafters up before Apatt bring the house down.
Still 8pm doors for 9ish start, £4 TONIGHT! Hope you're coming as I don't think i'll be able to explain it to you afterwards.
