Flickr and YouTube

There are lots of ways to to add your Flickr pictures and YouTube videos to Pineapster.

The simplest is to tag your content using one of the 'public tags' under most news stories, events and venues and in some profiles in Pineapster. If you add the public tag to the list of tags for your item in Flickr or YouTube then after a short while it will automatically appear in the appropriate place on Pineapster.

If you have a profile in Pineapster then you can automatically 'feed' content to it from Flickr or YouTube using your member name and one of your own tags. You can enter these details in the 'Settings' area of your profile's control panel.

Flickr members can also get involved in the Pineapster pool. You can use this to share pictures, get comments and promote your skills to other photographers. Like Flickr itself, membership of the Pineapster pool is free.

If you have a camera phone then it is possible to upload pictures and videos direct to Pineapster via Flickr and YouTube using the programme Shozu. You may incur charges from your mobile provider when doing this.
