Peld. Not teaching your grandmother to suck unfertilised bird ovi here - but is the reason the pedal stomp is so heavy, because the tap tempo is driven by the same pedal squab - so light presses only engage the tap tempo rather than the on / off?

EHX octave multiplexer. This actually is pretty good given I was prepared for a mess after the boss pedal. It tracks SOME chords actuallypretty well (mainly powerchords even with the low tunings I use), morethan I imaginedand the high / low filters mean that you can have a rawness that doesnt equate to harsh "quackiness". Its typically unruly ike all EHX pedals I have used - but with a lowish blend level - its sweet as on clean settings (yes I did fanatsize about being in LORDS) and you can happily do the CKY thing thru hi gain. Nice. Downside: its pretty noisy when engaged through overdrives etc. Downside: the sub swicthing setting - just not very nice if turned off. sounds crackly and wank. so - in short - I am still wanting a micro pog. | |

I'll give the Wolf a good thrashing this weekend and post a review. Cosmetically it is well tidy... canvas covered, stencilled and lacquered. The LED in the wolf's eye glows brighter as you play harder Fredric did a load of Harmonic Percolator clones (in gingham, y'all!), but are sold out. He's going to do another batch though. | |
