yeah. this is a TRACK. its a bit more radio viable* than i prefer my rock, but theres no doubting the awesomeness and masculinity on display here - crushing alt riffs and odd timing, the usual mastery of the ping pong dual vocal and some great dynamics - i'm not using the word angular here because it would suggest the wrong thing. 3 men, balls deep up the arse of rock - and rock is loving it.

this gets an 8.5 out of 10 only losing marks for the fact that the chorus / bridge sound for all the world like something Feeder would have done.

Definitely the kind of track to keep the kids interested after an hourly news broadcast on radio 1.

I think that KC is definitely the kind of band that, when the breakthru album comes and Jo Whiley is all over your asses like a rash, most of us will be saying stuff like "Man, they're WAY heavier live." I think this tracks opening riff is "to the max".. so, keep it up fellas!!!!

Bizarrely we felt the tune had a bit of a Feeder vibe. But the good Feeder (*1), not the bad stuff from later on (*2).

Yes!

I saw Feeder on their first big tour supporting Terrorvision. They were ace, sounded like the Smashing Pumpkins with a good singer. I have no idea what happened to that band, because it sure as hell wasn't the one that released Buck Rogers.
